Casino bonus reviews
Every page we have on our five licensed partner casinos: their welcome offers, wagering, payment exclusions, withdrawals, apps and safer gambling tools.
UK casino bonus reviews: what each one checks
Our casino bonus reviews cover the five UK-licensed casinos whose welcome offers we list: Coral, Ladbrokes, PlayOJO, Casumo and 10bet. Each casino has a main review and a set of shorter pages that answer one question each, such as how the wagering works, which payment methods qualify, how long withdrawals take or what verification involves. The cards below take you straight to those pages.
Every review starts from the casino's own published terms and help centre, then works out what the offer is worth in pounds. A free spins offer is valued as spins × stake, so 100 spins at 10p are £10 of spins. A deposit match is valued against its wagering: a £25 bonus with 10x wagering needs £250 of bets, and at a 4% house edge that play costs about £10 on average. Those are long-run averages, not predictions, and any single session can land well above or below them.
The reviews also flag the catches that decide whether a bonus suits you: excluded deposit methods, a maximum bet while the bonus is live, short expiry windows, a cap on bonus winnings and lists of selected games. Offers were last checked on 5 October 2026. Gambling is entertainment that costs money, and a bonus doesn't change the odds of any game. All offers are for 18+ only and terms apply.

The five casinos in our casino bonus reviews at a glance
All five hold a remote casino licence from the Gambling Commission. You can confirm each account number on the Gambling Commission's public register (opens in a new tab), which shows licence status, trading names and any regulatory action.

Casumo's maximum is a £100 bonus from a £200 deposit, which needs £1,000 of wagering. 10bet's maximum is a £25 bonus from a £25 deposit, which needs £250 of slots play inside three days. How to use the review pages below
Each casino's cards follow the same pattern, so you can compare like with like. Pick the casino, then open the page that matches the question you have right now rather than reading everything.
| Page | The question it answers | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering | How much play the bonus needs before winnings can be withdrawn | Casumo wagering |
| Payment methods | Which deposit methods qualify for the welcome offer | Coral payment methods |
| How to claim | The sign-up, deposit and opt-in steps in order | Claiming the Ladbrokes offer |
| Withdrawal | Published payout times, fees and limits | 10bet withdrawal times |
| Verification | What ID is needed and when | PlayOJO verification |
| Is it legit | Licence holder, register entry and complaints route | Is Casumo legit? |
- Decide whether you prefer free spins or a deposit match; the free spins vs deposit bonus comparison sets out the difference.
- Open the main review for the casino that fits and read the key terms box first.
- Check the payment methods page before you deposit, because an excluded method can mean no bonus at all.
- Read the wagering or free spins winnings page so you know what has to happen before you can withdraw.
- Set a deposit limit when the casino prompts you, and only claim if the cost fits your entertainment budget.
What changed for UK casino bonuses in 2025 and 2026
Several Gambling Commission rules now shape every offer in these reviews. The biggest arrived on 19 January 2026, when wagering requirements were capped at 10 times the bonus and promotions mixing products (for example sports bets that earn casino spins) were banned. The Commission set out both changes in its announcement on safer and simpler promotions (opens in a new tab).
| Date | Change | What it means for an offer |
|---|---|---|
| 28 February 2025 | Financial vulnerability checks at £150 net deposits in 30 days | Larger depositors may be asked about their finances |
| 9 April and 21 May 2025 | Online slot stake limits of £5 (25+) and £2 (18–24) | A bonus max-bet rule sits on top of these limits |
| 1 May 2025 | Marketing opt-in by product and channel | You choose whether you get casino offers by email, SMS or phone |
| 31 October 2025 | Financial limit prompt before the first deposit | Setting a limit is the default during sign-up |
| 19 January 2026 | 10x wagering cap; mixed-product promotions banned | No casino bonus can ask for more than 10x; you now choose a sports or casino welcome offer |
| 1 April 2026 | Remote gaming duty rose from 21% to 40% | Paid by operators; winnings remain untaxed for players |
The 10x cap is why every deposit match in our reviews now sits at 10x. See the 10x wagering cap page for the detail and the bonus rules timeline for older changes.
Payments, withdrawals and support across the five casinos
Payment exclusions decide more welcome offers than any other term. Coral and Ladbrokes exclude PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe and prepaid cards from their spins offers, 10bet excludes Skrill and Neteller, and Casumo's terms say payment restrictions apply. The figures below are what each casino publishes; where nothing is published, check the cashier.
| Casino | Withdrawal times published | Withdrawal fees | Support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coral | Review team approval, then instantly to five banking days by method; Visa Fast Funds typically within 4 hours of approval | None | Live chat; email help@coral.co.uk |
| Ladbrokes | Same process as Coral; Fast Bank Transfer 2–4 business days once approved | None | Live chat; email support@ladbrokes.com |
| PlayOJO | Most payments processed within a few hours, according to its help page | Not published | Live chat after login; email; no phone listed |
| Casumo | Approved or denied within 3 days; card up to 2 days, bank up to 5, e-wallets instantly after approval | £3 on withdrawals under £10 | Email; UK support 7:00–23:00 |
| 10bet | Debit cards and e-wallets up to 2 business days; bank transfer up to 3 | Not published | Phone 0808 175 0550 (8:00–23:00); email |
Casumo's fee and timing come from its withdrawal policy (opens in a new tab). For a method-by-method view across all five, use the casino bonus payment methods hub.
How to choose a casino from our casino bonus reviews
Start with how you like to play. If you mostly spin slots at low stakes and want to keep what you win without wagering, the no-wagering spins from Coral, Ladbrokes and PlayOJO are the simplest to understand. If you would rather have a cash-style balance to use across slots, Casumo's and 10bet's deposit matches give more to play with but come with 10x wagering, short deadlines and a maximum bet.
- Only £10 to deposit: compare the three spins offers, then read Coral vs Ladbrokes.
- Deposit of £20 or more: weigh Casumo's 50% match against 10bet's 100% match on the Casumo vs 10bet page.
- Prefer PayPal or an e-wallet: check exclusions first, because most spins offers won't credit.
- Already have a Coral account: Coral and Ladbrokes share a licence holder, so read whether the two share accounts before signing up.
Whatever you choose, the casino's own terms are the final word, and the CMA's work on online gambling (opens in a new tab) means you can always withdraw your own deposit during bonus play. Our scoring approach is explained on how we rate casino bonuses. If gambling stops being fun, the safer gambling page lists free support, including the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
Frequently asked questions
What do your casino bonus reviews cover?
Each review covers one partner casino's welcome offer and the terms around it. That means the offer itself, its value in pounds, wagering, payment exclusions, expiry, maximum bet, eligible games, withdrawal times, verification and the licence holder. Each casino also has short pages that answer one question at a time, so you can go straight to the wagering page or the payment methods page without reading the full review. Everything comes from the casino's published terms and help pages, and offers were last checked on 5 October 2026.
Which casinos do you review?
We review five UK-licensed casinos: Coral, Ladbrokes, PlayOJO, Casumo and 10bet. These are the casinos whose offers appear on the site, and we earn commission if you sign up through our links, which our advertiser disclosure explains. We don't review offshore or unlicensed casinos, because players there don't get Gambling Commission protections such as the 10x wagering cap, the right to withdraw deposits during bonus play and access to approved dispute resolution. Each casino's licence holder and account number are listed in the table on this page.
Do any of the reviewed casinos offer a no deposit bonus?
No. None of the five casinos currently offers a no deposit bonus, and none of their welcome offers needs a promo code. Every offer needs a deposit or a qualifying bet first: £10 on slots at Coral and Ladbrokes, a £10 first deposit at PlayOJO, £20 at Casumo and a first deposit within seven days at 10bet. Our no deposit bonus page explains why these offers have become rare in the UK and what to watch for if you see one advertised elsewhere. 18+, terms apply.
Which reviewed casino has no wagering on its welcome offer?
Coral, Ladbrokes and PlayOJO all pay free spin winnings with no wagering. Coral gives 100 spins at 10p after a £10 slots bet, Ladbrokes gives up to 500 spins at 10p (50 a day for ten days) after £10 of slots play, and PlayOJO gives 80 spins at 10p on Big Bass Bonanza after a first deposit of £10 or more. Payment exclusions and expiry dates apply to each, and all are 18+ only. Casumo and 10bet use deposit matches with 10x wagering instead.
Can I claim welcome offers at both Coral and Ladbrokes?
Possibly not. Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited, part of Entain, under the same Gambling Commission account (54743). Their terms may treat a person who already has an account with one brand differently when they join the other, so read both sets of terms before signing up. Our page on sister sites and bonuses explains how shared ownership can affect eligibility. Never open a second account at the same casino to claim an offer again; that breaks the terms everywhere.
How often are the casino reviews updated?
We update a review when the casino changes its offer or terms, or when a UK rule changes how offers work. The offers on this page were last checked on 5 October 2026, and the review pages show their own update date. Casinos can change promotions at short notice, so the terms on the casino's own promotion page always take priority over our summary. If you spot something that no longer matches, our contact page tells you how to let us know, and we'll check and correct it.
Are the withdrawal times in the reviews fixed?
No. The times in our reviews are the ones each casino publishes, and they are targets rather than promises. Coral and Ladbrokes add a review-team approval step before their payment times start, Casumo says withdrawals are approved or denied within three days, and 10bet quotes up to two business days for cards and e-wallets. Verification, the payment method and the size of the withdrawal can all add time. The withdrawal times question explains what usually causes delays.
How do you rate the casinos in your reviews?
Ratings weigh the value of the welcome offer against its terms, how clearly those terms are written, payment exclusions, published withdrawal times and fees, support channels and the safer gambling tools available. Casinos can't pay for a higher score, though we do earn commission from the five partners, which is disclosed. A high rating doesn't mean you will win: every game keeps its house edge, and bonuses don't change that. The full method is on our how we rate page.
Can players in Northern Ireland use these casino offers?
It depends on the casino. PlayOJO's welcome offer excludes Northern Ireland, and the Gambling Act 2005 and Gambling Commission rules cover Great Britain, not Northern Ireland, so protections such as the 10x wagering cap shouldn't be assumed to apply there in the same way. Check each casino's terms for eligible regions before you register. Our guide to bonuses for Northern Ireland players explains the legal position in more detail.
