PlayOJO VIP and loyalty rewards centre on OJOplus, which pays money back on every game played with no wagering. PlayOJO's help page also describes OJO Levels, daily Kickers, an OJO Wheel and an invitation-only OJO Club, but publishes no fixed rates or tier tables. None of these changes the house edge. 18+, terms apply; the welcome offer is 80 spins after a £10+ first deposit.
OJOplus pays money back on every game with no wagering; the return varies by game and no single rate is published.
OJO Levels move up with play and never go down, but not every level carries a reward, the help page says.
OJO Club is invitation-only, with an assigned manager; there's no published route in.
UK rules since 31 October 2020 require affordability and harm checks before anyone is treated as a VIP.
Loyalty rewards return a fraction of what you stake; play still costs money on average.

PlayOJO VIP and loyalty: what's published
PlayOJO doesn't advertise a points-for-cash loyalty scheme of the traditional kind. Its signature feature, explained alongside the welcome offer on our PlayOJO casino bonus review, is OJOplus: a share of each stake paid back as cash with no wagering, on every game played. Around that, PlayOJO's help page describes several further rewards: OJO Levels, daily Kickers, an OJO Wheel spin and an invitation-only OJO Club.
What the help page doesn't publish is just as important. It gives no OJOplus percentage, no table of levels and rewards, and no criteria for joining OJO Club. So this page describes each feature only as far as PlayOJO's own words go, explains what loyalty rewards are worth in principle, and sets out the UK rules on VIP schemes.

OJOplus: PlayOJO's money back on every game
OJOplus is the part of PlayOJO's loyalty offering that applies to everyone. Each time you play, a portion of your stake is credited back as cash, with no wagering. The help page explains that games fall into three OJOplus levels, shown by one, two or three OJO+ icons; one icon means the lowest level of return and three the highest. PlayOJO's full breakdown sits on a separate page, so check the icon on a game before assuming what it pays back.
Because OJOplus is paid on stakes rather than losses, it works differently from conventional cashback. Our comparison of OJOplus vs cashback explains the difference, and how OJOplus works walks through the maths.
OJO Levels and Kickers
According to PlayOJO's help page, OJO Levels is how it rewards continued play: points earned from playing move you up through levels, and you can never go down, only up. The page also says that not every level comes with a reward. It doesn't publish how many points a pound of stakes earns or what each level brings, so there's no way to value a level in advance.
Kickers are described as daily perks: free spins, bonuses and exclusive promotions. Treat each one as its own offer. A Kicker that is free spins should state the game, spin value and expiry; one that is a bonus should state any wagering, which since 19 January 2026 can't exceed 10x. A mechanism of this kind resembles the comp points used elsewhere, where rewards follow the volume of play.
OJO Wheel and Reel Spinoffs
PlayOJO's help page says you have 7 days to use an OJO Wheel spin. Prize details aren't published there, and wheels in general can land on small rewards as easily as larger ones; our guide to how bonus wheels work explains what to look for in the terms.
The page also mentions freeroll Reel Spinoffs, a slot tournament format, and says you can join them if you've made a deposit in the last 3 days. A tournament you need a recent deposit to enter isn't really free, so weigh it the same way as any deposit-linked offer.
OJO Club: PlayOJO's invitation-only VIP tier
OJO Club is PlayOJO's VIP tier. The help page says membership comes by private invitation, with an assigned manager for members. There's no application form and no published spending threshold, so it isn't something to aim for, and it shouldn't be.
VIP status at any UK casino depends on high levels of spending, and Gambling Commission rules recognise that high-value customers can be at higher risk of harm. Before an operator treats someone as a VIP, it must confirm their spending is affordable and sustainable, assess any evidence of harm or vulnerability, and hold up-to-date ID, occupation and source-of-funds information. The Commission's guidance on high-value customers (opens in a new tab) sets these duties out.
What PlayOJO loyalty rewards are worth against the cost of play
Every loyalty reward is earned by staking, and every stake carries a house edge. The useful comparison is between the average cost of the play and what comes back. The table uses a 4% house edge, typical of many slots, to show how the cost grows with the amount staked. Money back reduces those figures by its percentage; it doesn't reverse them.

As long as the money-back share is smaller than the house edge, which is the case in any sustainable casino scheme, more play means more expected loss, not less. Levels and VIP tiers built on volume reward the very behaviour that costs most. Our guide to the expected value of a casino bonus applies the same reasoning to other offers.
Loyalty rewards are a small discount on entertainment you'd have paid for anyway. They're never a reason to play more often, for longer or for higher stakes.
How to check a PlayOJO reward before you accept it
Read what the reward is: money back, free spins, a bonus, a wheel spin or a tournament entry.
Find the conditions: any deposit or stake needed, the game, the spin value and the expiry.
Check for wagering. OJOplus has none; any bonus with wagering can't exceed 10x since 19 January 2026.
Make sure the promotion sticks to one product; since 19 January 2026 offers can't mix casino with bingo or betting.
Ask whether you'd have played anyway. If not, let the reward lapse.
Our page on the mixed-product promotion ban explains why PlayOJO, which offers slots, live casino and bingo, can't link those products in one reward.

Since 1 May 2025, UK casinos have had to ask you to opt in to marketing for each product and channel, with opt-out the default. You can change those choices in your account at any time. Opting out of marketing doesn't remove OJOplus, which is built into play, but it stops promotional messages about rewards.
If rewards are pulling you into playing more than you'd like, PlayOJO's help page describes deposit, loss and time limits under My Account, Settings, plus an OJO Safeguard option that blocks real-money play immediately. GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab) excludes you from every GB-licensed site at once, and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and open 24/7. Our guide on how to opt out of bonuses has the steps.
Where to start: PlayOJO's welcome offer and Coral's
Loyalty features only apply once you have an account. PlayOJO's welcome offer is for 18+, new UK customers excluding Northern Ireland: make a first deposit of £10 or more and get 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each, with no wagering and winnings paid in cash. It's claimable only via the designated offer link and isn't combinable with other offers. Terms apply. OJOplus then applies to your play from the start.
Coral is the closest alternative for a no wagering spins start: bet £10 on slots and get 100 free spins at 10p on selected games, with 48 hours to accept and 7 days to use them, no wagering on winnings. It runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027 for new players aged 18+, and Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don't qualify. Coral's promotion page lists the selected games the spins can be used on. Our Coral VIP and loyalty page covers what Coral publishes.
Choose on the welcome offer, not on the promise of future rewards. Loyalty schemes return a little of what you stake; they don't make gambling cheaper overall.

Frequently asked questions
Does PlayOJO have a VIP programme?
Yes, PlayOJO's help page describes OJO Club, an invitation-only tier where members get an assigned manager. There's no application process and no published spending threshold. UK rules require PlayOJO to check that a customer's spending is affordable and to assess signs of harm before treating anyone as a VIP. Beyond OJO Club, the help page describes OJO Levels, Kickers and the OJO Wheel, while OJOplus money back applies to everyone. Our loyalty and VIP bonus guide and the VIP scheme rules page explain the wider context.
How do I join OJO Club?
You can't apply. PlayOJO's help page says membership comes through a private invitation, and it doesn't publish how invitations are decided. VIP status at any UK casino generally follows high spending, and the Gambling Commission requires affordability, harm and source-of-funds checks before that status is given. Playing more in the hope of an invitation means spending more, with losses likely over time. Our answer on whether VIP schemes are safe and the loyalty vs VIP comparison explain why caution is sensible.
What is OJOplus?
OJOplus is PlayOJO's money-back feature, paying back a share of every stake as cash with no wagering. It applies to every game, but the return differs: the help page groups games into three levels shown by OJO+ icons, with one icon the lowest return and three the highest. PlayOJO doesn't publish a single rate, so we don't quote one. It trims the average cost of play without removing the house edge. Read how OJOplus works and our cashback bonus guide for comparison.
Can I lose my OJO Level?
No, according to PlayOJO's help page: levels only go up, never down. Points from play move you through them. The same page notes that not every level comes with a reward, and it doesn't publish a table of points or rewards, so you can't tell in advance what the next level is worth. Reaching a level depends on how much you play, which is a reason not to chase one. Our comp points page explains how volume-based schemes work at other casinos, and our guide to how VIP schemes work covers tiers.
What are PlayOJO Kickers?
Kickers are daily perks, which PlayOJO's help page describes as free spins, bonuses and exclusive promotions. The page doesn't publish their value, expiry or who qualifies, so each one should carry its own terms. Check the game, spin value and deadline for spins, and any wagering for bonuses, which UK rules have capped at 10x since 19 January 2026. Ignore any Kicker that would have you play when you hadn't planned to. Our pages on free spins for existing customers and the 10x wagering cap explain more.
Do PlayOJO loyalty rewards have wagering?
OJOplus has none: money back is paid as cash. For other rewards, such as Kickers or wheel prizes, the terms of each reward apply, and the help page doesn't set out a general rule. Any bonus with wagering is capped at 10x the bonus under UK rules from 19 January 2026, and a reward can't mix casino with bingo or betting. Read the terms shown with each reward before accepting it. Our PlayOJO wagering page and the wagering requirements guide explain how playthrough is calculated.
Is PlayOJO's loyalty scheme worth it?
It's worth having as a small discount on play you'd do anyway, but not worth playing more for. Every reward is funded by stakes that carry a house edge: £1,000 staked at a 4% edge costs about £40 on average, and money back returns only a fraction of the amount staked. OJOplus has the merit of no wagering and no hoops. Levels and VIP tiers favour heavy play, which costs most. Our answer on whether cashback bonuses are worth it and the guide to bonuses and gambling harm discuss this.
Can existing PlayOJO customers get the 80 free spins?
No, the 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza are for new UK customers only, on a first deposit of £10 or more, and PlayOJO's deposit-based offers can generally be used once. Existing customers rely on OJOplus and whatever rewards the account shows, such as Kickers or wheel spins. Opening a second account to claim the welcome spins again breaks the terms. Our pages on PlayOJO offers for existing customers and how many times you can claim free spins explain the limits.
How do I stop PlayOJO sending me reward offers?
Change your marketing preferences in your account. Since 1 May 2025, UK casinos must let you opt in or out of marketing for each product and each channel, such as email, SMS and phone, with opt-out the default at sign-up. OJOplus is part of play rather than marketing, so it continues while you play. If you want a firm break, a time-out, self-exclusion or GAMSTOP stops both play and offers. Our answer on how to stop bonus offers and the marketing consent rules explain your options.
Will PlayOJO stop my rewards if I'm gambling too much?
It should. Since 12 February 2023, Gambling Commission rules have required operators to stop marketing and new bonus take-up for customers showing strong signs of harm, and VIP treatment requires checks on affordability and harm. That's a safeguard, not a penalty. If you're worried about your gambling, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and open 24/7, and GamCare (opens in a new tab) offers support online. Our page on bonuses and harm indicators and the safer gambling hub explain more.
