10bet offers for existing customers change often and aren’t part of the welcome terms, so the only reliable list is the promotions page inside your account. What we can say for certain: the 100% up to £25 welcome bonus is for new customers only, every repeat offer is capped at 10x wagering, and since January 2026 none can mix sports and casino. 18+, terms apply.
The 10bet welcome bonus is one per new customer; existing account holders can’t claim it again.
We haven’t verified any specific ongoing 10bet promotion, so check the promotions page and your account messages.
Every UK casino offer, new or existing, is capped at 10x wagering since 19 January 2026.
You only receive offers by email, SMS or phone if you opted in for casino marketing on that channel.
Offers must stop for anyone showing strong signs of gambling harm.

10bet offers for existing customers: the short answer
10bet’s published welcome offer, a 100% match up to £25 with 10x wagering on slots within 3 days, is limited to new UK customers aged 18+. Once you have an account, that offer is closed to you. What existing customers may see instead is whatever 10bet is running at the time: these vary week to week and differ between customers, depending on account history and marketing choices.
We don’t list specific ongoing 10bet promotions here because we haven’t been able to confirm any from 10bet’s own published pages, and inventing them would mislead you. The reliable route is the promotions section of the site or app once you are logged in. This page explains how to find those offers, which UK rules shape them, and how to weigh one up when it arrives. The 10bet casino bonus review covers the welcome offer in full.
Promo codes aren’t needed for 10bet’s casino welcome bonus; it is chosen at sign-up. Our 10bet promo code page explains how that works.
Why existing 10bet customers can’t claim the welcome bonus again
Welcome bonuses exist to bring in new customers, so the terms restrict them to one per person. 10bet’s terms go further by tying the bonus to the first deposit, made within 7 days of registration, with the casino offer selected at sign-up. Once that first deposit has been made, the chance has passed whether or not you took the bonus.
Opening a second account to claim it again is multi-accounting. Casinos check names, addresses, dates of birth, devices and payment details, and duplicate accounts are usually closed with bonus winnings removed. Our answer on whether you can claim two welcome bonuses explains the rules across sites, including sister brands.
The kinds of offers UK casinos give existing customers
Without a verified 10bet list, the most useful thing we can do is explain the formats you are likely to meet at any UK casino, including 10bet, and what each usually asks of you.

How to find current 10bet offers for existing customers
Log in to your 10bet account on the website or the combined sports and casino app.
Open the promotions area and make sure you are viewing casino promotions, not sports.
Read each offer’s significant terms: opt-in, qualifying deposit or bet, wagering, eligible games and expiry.
Check your account inbox or notifications, where personalised offers are often posted.
Review your marketing preferences if you want, or don’t want, offers by email, SMS or phone.
Opt in only to offers you would use anyway, and only within the budget you have already set.
If an offer’s wording is unclear, ask support before opting in. 10bet lists live chat, a UK phone line on 0808 175 0550 (08:00 to 23:00 daily) and email on its contact page (opens in a new tab). Our guide to opting in to a bonus covers what opting in commits you to.
Marketing consent: why you may not hear about 10bet offers
Since 1 May 2025, UK casino, betting and bingo operators must let customers opt in to direct marketing separately for each product and each channel, under LCCP 5.1.12 on direct marketing preferences (opens in a new tab). The default is opted out. For a combined site like 10bet, that means agreeing to sports emails doesn’t mean you get casino emails, and agreeing to casino emails doesn’t mean you get casino texts.
So if you see no casino offers in your inbox, it may simply be your settings. Equally, if you would rather not receive them, you can turn marketing off at any time in your account. Our page on marketing consent rules explains the requirement, and how to stop bonus emails walks through switching them off.
UK rules that shape every 10bet offer for existing customers
The rules that govern the welcome bonus apply just as much to offers for people who already have accounts. They are the reason some older promotion styles have disappeared.

Sports and casino at 10bet: why offers no longer cross over
10bet runs a sportsbook and a casino from the same account, and before 2026 offers such as “bet on football, get casino spins” were common on combined sites. Since 19 January 2026 they are banned: one incentive can include only one type of gambling product. A sports free bet must stay a sports offer; casino spins must come from a casino offer.
For existing 10bet customers, that means a casino promotion should only ask you to play casino games to qualify, and a sports promotion should only involve bets. If you ever see one that seems to mix the two, check the full terms and ask support. The mixed-product promotion ban page covers it in full.
How to value an existing-customer offer: worked examples
The examples below are illustrations of common formats, not offers 10bet is running. They show how to translate a headline into pounds before deciding. The method is the same one we use for welcome bonuses: work out the value, the wagering and the average cost at the game’s house edge.
Illustrative repeat offers and their maths
Example offer

Average cost at 4% house edge
50% reload up to £20 on a £40 deposit, 10x

25% reload up to £50 on a £200 deposit, 10x

None
Average return about £3.84 at 96% RTP
30 free spins at 10p, 10x on winnings
£3 of spins
10x whatever the spins win
Depends on spin winnings
Two lessons stand out. A larger cap often means a larger deposit and more wagering; the second example asks for £200 of your money to get £50. And no-wagering spins are simple to value, while wagered spins depend on what they happen to win. Our free spins maths and is a casino bonus worth it guides cover both in depth. However an offer is framed, it doesn’t change the odds of the game, and losses over time are the likely outcome.
Loyalty and VIP schemes at 10bet
We haven’t confirmed a published 10bet casino loyalty or VIP programme, so we don’t describe one. If 10bet invites you to a VIP scheme, UK rules apply: since 31 October 2020 operators must check that a customer’s spending is affordable and sustainable, look for signs of harm and hold up-to-date identity and source-of-funds evidence before treating anyone as a high-value customer, with a senior licence holder overseeing the scheme. Our 10bet VIP and loyalty page and the VIP scheme rules explainer go further.
When existing-customer offers should stop
Bonuses are a marketing tool, and UK rules recognise that they can push people to gamble more than they meant to. Since 12 February 2023, operators must stop marketing and new bonus take-up for customers showing strong indicators of harm. If you self-exclude through GAMSTOP, operators must close your account and remove you from marketing.
If offers are making you deposit more often than you planned, there are simple steps: switch off casino marketing, set a deposit limit, take a break, or self-exclude through GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab). The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is free and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133. Our safer gambling page lists more support, and when to say no to a bonus helps decide whether an offer is worth it at all.
If you’re new: 10bet and Casumo welcome offers
Existing customers can’t take these, but if you are new to either casino, they are the two wagered match bonuses among our partners. Both are 18+, new customers only, and terms apply.
10bet: 100% match up to £25 on the first deposit, made within 7 days of sign-up with the casino offer selected. Wager the bonus 10x on slots within 3 days; maximum bonus winnings £1,000; Skrill and Neteller deposits excluded.
Casumo: 50% match up to £100 on the first deposit, minimum £20, opt-in required. Wager the bonus 10x within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet while the bonus is active; game, play and payment restrictions apply.
If you already hold a 10bet account, Casumo is run by a separate company, Recro Limited, so its welcome offer is still open to new Casumo customers. Compare the two in Casumo vs 10bet bonus, or read the Casumo offers for existing customers page for how Casumo treats players after sign-up.
Significant terms: 18+. New UK customers only. Select the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make your first deposit within 7 days. 100% bonus up to £25. Wager the bonus 10x on slots within 3 days. Maximum bonus winnings £1,000. Bonus is not redeemable. Full T&Cs apply. GamCare.org.uk

Frequently asked questions
Does 10bet have offers for existing customers?
10bet may run promotions for existing customers from time to time, but we haven’t verified any specific ongoing offer, so check the casino promotions area once logged in. The welcome bonus of 100% up to £25 is for new UK customers only. Any repeat offer must follow UK rules, including the 10x wagering cap and the ban on mixing sports and casino in one promotion. Our reload bonus guide explains the most common format. 18+, terms apply.
Can I get the 10bet welcome bonus again with a new account?
No, the welcome offer is limited to new customers, and opening a second account to claim it again counts as multi-accounting. Casinos check personal and payment details to spot duplicate accounts, and the usual result is account closure and loss of bonus winnings. If you closed a 10bet account in the past, you are not a new customer. Our answer on claiming two welcome bonuses covers the rules in more detail.
Why am I not getting 10bet casino offers by email?
Most likely because you haven’t opted in to casino marketing by email. Since 1 May 2025, UK operators must ask for consent separately for each product (betting, casino, bingo) and each channel (email, SMS, phone), with opted-out as the default. Agreeing to sports emails doesn’t cover casino ones. You can review the settings in your account. The marketing consent rules explainer sets out how the requirement works.
Do 10bet existing-customer offers have wagering?
Some may and some may not; it depends on the offer, so read its terms. Whatever 10bet sets, UK rules have capped bonus wagering at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026, for new and existing customers alike. Free spins may be offered with or without wagering on winnings. Work out the total wagering and the time limit before opting in. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to do the sums.
Can 10bet give me casino spins for placing a sports bet?
Not any more. Since 19 January 2026, a single promotion can include only one type of gambling product, so “bet on sport, get casino spins” offers are banned for all UK-licensed operators. A 10bet casino promotion should ask only for casino play, and a sports promotion only for bets. If an offer seems to mix the two, check the full terms with support. The mixed-product promotion ban page covers it in full.
Does 10bet have a VIP or loyalty scheme?
We haven’t confirmed a published 10bet casino VIP or loyalty programme, so check the site or ask support. If you are invited to one, UK rules require the operator to check that your spending is affordable and sustainable and to look for signs of harm before treating you as a high-value customer. Those rules have applied since 31 October 2020. Our 10bet VIP and loyalty page has more, and how VIP schemes work explains the general model.
Can I refuse 10bet offers and still play?
Yes, you can play without taking any bonus, and you can switch off marketing at any time. Promotions require you to opt in, so not opting in leaves your deposits as ordinary cash balance, free of wagering. Many players prefer that because withdrawals are simpler. You can also turn off casino emails, texts and calls in your account settings. Our guide to opting out of bonuses walks through the options.
Can 10bet stop sending me bonus offers?
Yes, and in some cases it must. Since 12 February 2023, UK operators have had to stop marketing and new bonus take-up for customers who show strong signs of gambling harm. Operators can also decide which customers receive which offers. If you self-exclude through GAMSTOP, the operator must close your account and remove you from marketing. Read more in bonuses and harm indicators.
How do I value a reload offer from 10bet?
Multiply the deposit by the match percentage, apply the cap, then multiply the bonus by the wagering to see the total bets needed. A 50% reload up to £20 on a £40 deposit gives £20 with £200 to wager at 10x. Multiply the wagering by the house edge for the average cost: at 4%, about £8. That is an average, not a forecast. Our wagering calculator does the arithmetic for any offer.
Is the 10bet app different for existing customer offers?
10bet’s app is a single combined sports and casino app on iOS and Android, so promotions should appear in your account whichever device you use. Some casinos run app-only offers, so if you see one, read its terms in the same way as any other. The App Store listing requires iOS 16 or later. Our 10bet app bonus page covers the app, and app-only bonuses explains that format.
