10bet bonus terms and conditions

The 10bet bonus terms and conditions come down to seven clauses: 18+ new UK customers only, pick the casino offer at sign-up, deposit within 7 days, a 100% match up to £25, 10x wagering on slots within 3 days, £1,000 maximum bonus winnings, and no Skrill or Neteller deposits. Here is what each one means in practice.

Key takeaways

  • You must choose the casino welcome bonus when you register; it can’t be added later.
  • The first deposit has to be made within 7 days of sign-up, and Skrill or Neteller deposits don’t count.
  • Once credited, the bonus has 3 days for 10x wagering on slots, and bonus winnings stop at £1,000.
  • Minimum deposit and maximum bet aren’t in the headline terms, so check the full terms and cashier.
  • UK law overrides any unfair clause: unfair terms aren’t binding on you.

10bet bonus terms and conditions at a glance

10bet Casino is run by Blue Star Planet Limited, which holds a Gambling Commission licence under account number 43173; you can confirm that on the Commission’s public register entry for Blue Star Planet (opens in a new tab). Its casino welcome offer is short on paper but each clause carries weight. The table sets out the significant terms in the order you meet them.

Offers were last checked on 5 October 2026. Operators can change an offer for new sign-ups, so always read the version on 10bet’s promotion page before depositing. Our main 10bet casino bonus review summarises the offer, and the general guide to bonus terms explains each type of clause across the market.

Who the 10bet bonus terms allow to claim

The offer is for new UK customers aged 18 or over. “New” means you have not held a 10bet account before; the full terms will set out how that is judged, which is often by person, address, device or payment details. Opening a second account to claim again is treated as multi-accounting and can lead to the account being closed and bonus winnings removed.

Before you can deposit or gamble, the casino has to verify your age and identity. That has been a Gambling Commission requirement since 7 May 2019, and it covers bonus play as much as cash play. The Commission’s page on age, ID and financial verification (opens in a new tab) lists the checks, which usually start with name, address and date of birth matched against databases. Our 10bet verification page explains what to expect.

The sign-up choice and the 7-day first deposit clause

10bet runs a sportsbook and a casino under one account. Since 19 January 2026 a single promotion can’t combine betting and casino, so new customers choose one welcome offer. The terms require you to select the casino welcome bonus at registration. If you skip it or pick the sports offer, the casino match is not added to your first deposit. Our explainer on sports or casino welcome offers covers why this choice now appears on most combined sites.

The second clock is the deposit window. Your first deposit must be made within 7 days of opening the account. Here is how the dates line up in a typical case:

Example timeline for the 10bet welcome bonus
MomentWhat happensDeadline that applies
Monday 2 November, 10:00Account opened, casino welcome bonus selectedFirst deposit due within 7 days
Thursday 5 November, 19:30First deposit of £20 by debit cardDeposit made on day 4: qualifies
Thursday 5 November, 19:31£20 bonus credited3-day wagering window starts
Sunday 8 November, 19:31Wagering deadline£200 of slot bets needed by now

The dates are an illustration; the exact cut-off times are in the full terms. If your first deposit falls outside the 7 days, the offer lapses, and you can’t usually claim it with a later deposit.

The 100% match clause and the £25 ceiling

A match bonus adds a percentage of your deposit as bonus money. 10bet’s is 100%, the match percentage that doubles your deposit, and the bonus cap is £25. A £12 deposit brings £12; a £40 deposit brings £25, with the other £15 simply your own money. The ceiling is low, which keeps the wagering small, but it also means there is no reason to deposit more than £25 for the sake of the offer.

10bet’s help centre doesn’t publish a general minimum deposit, and our offer summary doesn’t give a qualifying minimum for the bonus. Check the cashier, which shows the minimum for each method, and see our 10bet minimum deposit page.

The wagering clause: 10x on slots within 3 days

This is the clause that decides whether the bonus ever becomes cash. You must stake 10 times the bonus amount on slots within 3 days. On the maximum £25 that is £250 of slot bets. Bets on other game types should be assumed not to count. If the 3 days pass with the target unmet, the bonus is lost.

The multiplier is the most a UK casino may set under social responsibility code 5.1.1, in force since 19 January 2026, so 10bet’s figure is standard. The 3-day window is the unusual part. Our 10bet bonus wagering requirements page works through costs and spin counts, and the 10bet eligible games page covers which slots count.

Maximum bonus winnings: the £1,000 clause

The terms cap bonus winnings at £1,000. In practice, if bonus play takes the bonus-related balance past that figure, the excess is removed when the bonus converts to cash. The cap does not touch winnings from your own deposit money played separately; Commission guidance treats deposit balance and bonus balance as different pots. For how caps are usually applied, see the casino bonus max win explainer.

Payment exclusions in the 10bet terms

Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller are excluded from the welcome bonus. That is a significant term: if your first deposit uses either e-wallet, there is no bonus, and depositing again by card afterwards won’t usually bring it back because the offer is tied to the first deposit. The 10bet payment methods for the bonus page sets out which methods 10bet accepts.

Payment exclusions have attracted regulators’ attention. The ASA’s guidance on free bets and bonuses (opens in a new tab) records a July 2024 ruling in which an excluded payment method buried in small print was found not prominent enough. The reasons operators use them are covered in how payment exclusions work.

What the headline 10bet terms leave out

The offer summary carries the significant terms, but several practical details sit only in the full terms or the cashier. Before depositing, look for:

  • the minimum qualifying deposit and the minimum for your payment method;
  • any maximum stake per spin while the bonus is active;
  • the list of slots excluded from bonus play or from wagering;
  • whether deposit or bonus money is used first;
  • what happens to the bonus if you withdraw your deposit before wagering is complete;
  • how “new customer” is defined, for example per household or per payment card.

If something is unclear, ask 10bet’s support before you deposit, and keep a copy of the reply. Our 10bet bonus max bet page and the general significant terms entry explain why these points matter.

UK rules that sit above the 10bet bonus terms and conditions

A casino’s own terms are not the last word. Licence conditions and consumer law set limits on what any bonus clause can do, and 10bet’s terms have to work within them.

UK rules that apply to the 10bet bonus
RuleIn force sinceWhat it means for this offer
Unfair terms not binding (Consumer Rights Act 2015, s.62)1 October 2015An unfair term can’t be enforced against you
CMA undertakings on bonus terms1 February 2018 onwardsSignificant terms shown up front; your own money withdrawable during bonus play

Credit card ban14 April 2020No credit card deposits, including via e-wallets
Slot game design rules31 October 2021No autoplay or turbo; at least 2.5 seconds per spin

10x wagering cap19 January 2026Bonus wagering can’t exceed 10x

Two Commission guidance pages are worth knowing. The page on promotional play restrictions (opens in a new tab) says terms must specify all prohibited types of play in advance and an operator can’t reserve sole discretion to decide what breaks them. And under section 62 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (opens in a new tab), an unfair consumer term isn’t binding on you. Our pages on unfair terms and the CMA bonus principles go further.

What happens if a 10bet bonus term is broken

The usual consequence is that the bonus and the winnings linked to it are removed. Commission guidance says that when winnings are taken away the player must get a full explanation of which restriction was breached. Your own un-staked deposit remains yours. Serious breaches, such as opening duplicate accounts, can also lead to the account being closed.

Most problems come from small slips rather than deliberate rule-breaking: depositing with an excluded e-wallet, playing an excluded slot, staking above a max-bet limit or running out of time. The answer on what happens if you break bonus terms lists the common cases. If you think a term was applied unfairly, the complaints route is set out on our 10bet bonus complaints page.

How to check the 10bet terms before you deposit

  1. Open 10bet’s casino promotion page and the full terms linked from it.
  2. Confirm you are 18+, a new UK customer and have never held a 10bet account.
  3. At registration, select the casino welcome bonus rather than the sports offer.
  4. Choose a payment method that isn’t Skrill or Neteller, and check the cashier minimum for it.
  5. Decide your deposit: anything up to £25 is matched in full.
  6. Note the 3-day wagering window, the slot game list and any maximum bet before your first spin.
  7. Set a deposit limit at the prompt before your first deposit, as UK rules have required since 31 October 2025.

Our casino bonus checklist turns the same process into a printable list for any offer.

10bet’s terms beside Casumo’s

Among our five partners, only 10bet and Casumo offer a wagered deposit match, so they are the natural pair to compare. Coral, Ladbrokes and PlayOJO offer free spins with no wagering instead. Both offers below are 18+ and new customers only; terms apply.

10bet’s terms suit a smaller first deposit with a short, concentrated wagering period. Casumo’s spread a bigger bonus over a longer window with a clear £5 max bet. Frequently asked questions

What are the main 10bet bonus terms and conditions?

The main terms are: 18+ new UK customers only; select the casino welcome bonus at sign-up; make the first deposit within 7 days; receive a 100% match up to £25; wager the bonus 10 times on slots within 3 days; maximum bonus winnings of £1,000; and no Skrill or Neteller deposits. Check the live promotion page for the current version before depositing. Our 10bet casino bonus review summarises how these fit together.

Can I claim the 10bet casino bonus if I picked the sports offer?

Normally no, because the terms require you to choose the casino welcome bonus at registration. Since 19 January 2026, UK rules have banned promotions that mix betting and casino, so combined sites ask new customers to pick one welcome offer. If you chose the wrong one by mistake, contact support before depositing and ask whether it can be changed, but don’t expect it. Our guide to sports or casino welcome offers explains the choice.

How long do I have to make my first deposit at 10bet?

The offer terms give you 7 days from registration to make the first deposit that triggers the welcome bonus. A deposit after that window doesn’t qualify. Once the bonus is credited, a second, shorter clock starts: 3 days to complete the 10x wagering on slots. Note both times when you sign up. The 10bet bonus expiry page explains what is kept and what is lost when each deadline passes.

Is there a minimum deposit in the 10bet bonus terms?

The offer summary we hold doesn’t state a minimum qualifying deposit, and 10bet’s help centre doesn’t publish a general minimum either. The cashier shows the minimum for each payment method once you begin a deposit, and the full promotion terms may set a separate figure for the bonus. Check both before you choose an amount. Our 10bet minimum deposit page explains how the 100% match works at different deposit sizes.

Why are Skrill and Neteller excluded from the 10bet bonus?

10bet’s terms don’t give a reason, but e-wallet exclusions are common across UK casinos. They are often linked to fraud and bonus-abuse controls, because e-wallets add a layer between the bank and the casino account. Whatever the reason, the effect is clear: a first deposit by Skrill or Neteller gets no welcome bonus. Use another accepted method if you want the offer. The 10bet payment methods page lists the alternatives.

Does the £1,000 cap apply to all my winnings at 10bet?

No, the £1,000 limit applies to winnings from the bonus. Money won while playing with your own deposit balance is not bonus winnings, and Gambling Commission guidance says deposit and bonus balances must be kept and shown separately. Most players never reach the cap, which is 40 times the largest possible bonus. If you do, the excess is removed when the bonus converts. Our casino bonus max win guide explains how caps work.

Can 10bet change the bonus terms after I opt in?

Gambling Commission guidance says operators must not use terms letting them change or withdraw a promotion for a customer who has already opted in, except where needed to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour. 10bet can update the offer for future sign-ups, so the version you accepted is what counts. Save a screenshot of the terms when you register. Our answer on what happens if a casino changes bonus terms covers this.

Are 10bet’s bonus terms fair under UK law?

The headline terms are within UK limits: wagering is at the 10x cap, the deadlines are stated, and the payment exclusions are named. Whether any individual clause is fair is ultimately a legal question, but consumer law gives you protection: under section 62 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 an unfair term isn’t binding on the consumer, and the Commission requires terms to be clear and transparent. See our guide on how to spot unfair bonus terms.

What happens if I play an excluded game with the 10bet bonus?

Playing an excluded game with bonus money can lead to the bonus and its winnings being removed. Bets on non-slot games also shouldn’t be expected to count towards the wagering. Commission guidance says that if winnings are withheld, the operator must explain which restriction was broken. Check the promotion’s game list before each new title. The 10bet eligible games page explains how to find that list.

Who do I complain to about a 10bet bonus decision?

Start with 10bet’s own complaints process. Under UK rules the operator has 8 weeks to resolve a complaint; if it can’t, it must offer to refer you to its alternative dispute resolution provider, which is free and independent. The Gambling Commission doesn’t resolve individual disputes but uses complaints to inform its work. 10bet’s UK phone line is 0808 175 0550, 08:00 to 23:00 daily. Our 10bet bonus complaints page walks through each step.
