A 150% deposit bonus gives you one and a half times your deposit in bonus funds, so £20 becomes £50 to play with, up to whatever cap the terms set and with wagering capped at 10x the bonus in Great Britain since 19 January 2026. No partner of ours offers 150%; 10bet’s 100% match up to £25 is the highest rate we can point to.
Bonus = deposit × 1.5, so the bonus is larger than the money you put in.
At 10x, a 150% bonus can require wagering of up to 15 times your deposit: £300 on a £20 deposit.
Your deposit and bonus must be shown as separate balances, and your own money stays withdrawable.
No partner offers 150%; 10bet (100% up to £25) and Casumo (50% up to £100) are the real percentage offers, 18+ and terms apply.

A 150% deposit bonus in one sum
Multiply your qualifying deposit by 1.5 and you have the bonus. A £10 deposit brings £15, £20 brings £30 and £50 brings £75, until the bonus cap stops the bonus growing. Add your deposit back on and the playing balance is 2.5 times what you paid in.
That is the feature that sets a 150% offer apart from the 50% and 100% deals more often seen in the UK: the bonus outweighs your own money. It sounds generous, and on paper it is, but it also changes how much play the terms ask of you and how your two balances behave. Like any casino match bonus, it is for adults aged 18 and over and the full terms apply.
Can you get a 150% deposit bonus in the UK?
Not from any of our five partner casinos. The percentage offers we can vouch for, checked on 5 October 2026, are 10bet’s 100% match up to £25 and Casumo’s 50% match up to £100. Coral and Ladbrokes give free spins after a £10 slots bet, and PlayOJO gives 80 no-wagering spins on a first deposit of £10 or more.
We would rather tell you that plainly than send you to an offer that doesn’t match the search. If you do see a 150% deal, confirm that the casino holds a Gambling Commission licence and that its wagering sits within the 10x limit; anything above that is a sign the operator is not licensed for Great Britain. Our UK vs non-UK casino bonus comparison sets out what changes when it isn’t.
When the bonus outweighs your deposit: two balances, two sets of rules
With a 150% match, most of your balance is bonus. UK guidance treats the two parts differently, and knowing which is which matters more here than with a smaller percentage.
Deposit balance: your own money. The Gambling Commission’s guidance on withdrawing deposit and deposit winnings (opens in a new tab) says you must be able to withdraw it at any time, even with a bonus active, and that wagering requirements must not apply to it.
Bonus balance: the casino’s funds. Wagering, game restrictions and a maximum bet can apply, and bonus winnings may need to be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
Display: the two balances must be shown separately and clearly, never as a single pot.
Order of use: the guidance does not fix whether deposit or bonus funds are staked first, so each casino’s terms decide. Check before your first spin.
The UK limit is set against the bonus, not the deposit: no more than 10 times the bonus funds, under SR code 5.1.1 (opens in a new tab). Because the bonus is 1.5 times the deposit, the maximum wagering works out at 15 times what you deposited. The bigger the percentage, the more play each pound of your own money commits you to.

At a 4% house edge, roughly what a 96% RTP slot carries, the average cost of £300 of wagering is about £12. That is an average across a very large number of sessions; individual results vary widely, and many bonuses are lost before the wagering is complete. Our how to calculate wagering requirements guide shows the method step by step.

How much play the terms commit you to
UK slot rules set a minimum of 2.5 seconds per spin and ban autoplay, so wagering takes real time. At 50p a spin, £300 of wagering is 600 spins, which is at least 25 minutes of continuous play before any pauses for bonus rounds. At £1 a spin it is 300 spins, but each stake eats into the balance faster.
Set that against the expiry. 10bet’s welcome bonus, for example, gives 3 days to complete 10x on slots, and Casumo’s gives 7 days. A 150% offer with a short expiry asks for a lot of staking in a small window. If the required play is more than you would normally do, the sensible choice is a smaller offer or none; letting a bonus expire costs you nothing extra. Our page on why bonuses expire explains the reasons behind time limits.
Why 150% matches are uncommon at UK-licensed casinos
A 150% match only works for a casino if the house edge on the required play recovers most of the bonus. With 35x wagering, a £30 bonus meant £1,050 of staking and an average cost to the player of about £42, more than the bonus itself. At 10x the same bonus needs £300 and costs about £12 on average, so the operator keeps far less of the money it hands out.
That gap is why most UK-licensed brands now favour smaller rates, low caps or fixed-value free spins. The Gambling Commission chose a cap rather than an outright ban on wagering when it made promotions safer and simpler (opens in a new tab), and the effect on large percentages is a direct result. Our UK 10x wagering cap page has the dates and wording.
Checking a 150% offer before you deposit
Find the Gambling Commission account number in the casino’s footer and confirm it on the public register.
Note the cap and minimum deposit, and work out the bonus your planned deposit would bring (deposit × 1.5).
Multiply the bonus by the wagering figure to see the total staking, and compare it with your usual play.
Read the expiry, the maximum bet and the list of games that count, including how much each contributes.
Check the payment exclusions so your deposit qualifies.
Look for a maximum win or conversion cap on bonus winnings.
Decide whether you would make the same deposit without the bonus; if not, skip it.
On a £20 deposit, a 150% match would give more bonus than any partner offer, but it would also demand more wagering. The table shows the trade-off, using our partners’ published terms and a 150% example with no cap below £30.

10bet’s cap means it stops growing at a £25 deposit, while Casumo’s keeps going to a £200 deposit for £100 of bonus. Our Casumo vs 10bet bonus page compares the two in depth, and is a 100% bonus good looks at 10bet’s rate on its own.
Max win, max bet and stake limits on a large match
Large matches often come with a ceiling on what bonus play can pay out. 10bet’s welcome terms cap bonus winnings at £1,000, for example. With a bigger bonus, a cap like that is more likely to matter; our casino bonus max win page explains how these caps are applied.
A maximum bet while the bonus is active is also normal. Casumo sets £5 per bet with an active bonus. On online slots that sits alongside the legal stake limits: £5 per spin for players aged 25 and over and £2 for 18 to 24-year-olds, as set out on our online slot stake limits page. Breaking a bonus max-bet rule can lead to the bonus and its winnings being removed, so keep stakes inside the lower of the two limits.
150% offers from unlicensed sites and what you give up
Big percentages are more common on websites that are not licensed for Great Britain. Those sites are not bound by the 10x cap, the stake limits, the credit card ban or GAMSTOP, and you cannot take a dispute to an approved ADR service such as IBAS. If a bonus looks out of line with UK offers, that is often the reason.
Where to find the nearest offer to a 150% deposit bonus
10bet has the highest match rate among our partners: 18+, new UK customers, choose the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make your first deposit within 7 days to get a 100% match up to £25. The bonus is wagered 10x on slots within 3 days, bonus winnings are capped at £1,000, and Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify. See the 10bet casino bonus page.
Casumo gives a lower rate with more room: 18+, new customers, opt in for 50% up to £100 on a first deposit of £20 or more, wager the bonus 10x within 7 days, £5 maximum bet, game, play and payment restrictions apply. Full terms are on the Casumo casino bonus page.
PlayOJO skips wagering: 80 spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each (£8 of spins) with a first deposit of at least £10, winnings paid in cash, 18+, new UK customers excluding Northern Ireland. All current offers are listed on our casino bonuses hub.
None of our partners offers a 150% deposit bonus. 10bet’s 100% match up to £25 and Casumo’s 50% match up to £100 are the nearest real percentage deals, and PlayOJO’s 80 spins carry no wagering; 18+, terms apply.

Frequently asked questions
What does a 150% deposit bonus mean?
It means the casino adds bonus funds worth 150% of your qualifying deposit, up to a cap. Deposit £20 and you receive £30 of bonus, giving a £50 balance in total. The bonus is larger than your own money, which is what separates it from a 100% match. Bonus funds usually carry wagering of up to 10x before they can be withdrawn, plus rules on games, maximum bets and expiry. Our match percentage entry explains how rates are written in offer terms.
Do any UK casinos offer a 150% deposit bonus?
None of our five partners does. The highest partner rate is 10bet’s 100% match up to £25, and Casumo offers 50% up to £100; both are 18+ and terms apply. A 150% rate is uncommon at UK-licensed casinos because the 10x wagering cap makes large matches costly for operators. If you see one, check the licence on the Gambling Commission register before depositing. Our first deposit bonus page lists the welcome offers that are live today.
How much do I have to wager on a 150% bonus?
At a UK-licensed casino, no more than 10 times the bonus, which equals 15 times your deposit with a 150% match. A £30 bonus from a £20 deposit needs up to £300 of wagering; a £75 bonus from £50 needs up to £750. The terms might set a lower figure, and game contributions can make the real staking higher if you play games that count for less than 100%. Use our wagering calculator to check any offer before you claim it.
Is a 150% bonus better than a 100% bonus?
It gives more bonus per pound, but not automatically more value. A 150% match with a low cap can pay less than a 100% match with a higher cap, and its wagering is larger relative to your deposit: 15 times rather than 10 times at the UK limit. Expiry, maximum bet and maximum win rules also differ from offer to offer. Compare the pound amounts and total staking, not the headline rates. Our big bonus vs small bonus comparison works through examples.
Can I withdraw my deposit if I take a 150% bonus?
Yes. At a UK-licensed casino your own deposit balance must stay withdrawable at any time, even while a bonus is active, and wagering must not be applied to it. Withdrawing usually cancels the bonus and any winnings linked to it, so read the terms before you request it. The casino must show your deposit and bonus balances separately so you can see what is yours. Our can you withdraw a casino bonus guide explains the rules in full.
What happens if I bet over the maximum with a 150% bonus?
The casino can remove the bonus and the winnings made with it, provided the maximum bet was clearly stated in the terms. Max-bet rules apply per spin or per bet while the bonus is active, and they sit on top of the legal £5 and £2 slot stake limits. Casumo, for example, sets £5 per bet with an active bonus. Check the figure before you start and keep every stake below it. Our page on why casinos limit bonus bets explains the reasoning.
Which games can I use a 150% bonus on?
Whatever the terms allow, which is usually most slots at full contribution and table or live games at a reduced rate or not at all. Some offers are slots-only, like 10bet’s welcome bonus. Jackpot slots and certain high-RTP games are sometimes excluded. Playing an excluded game can cancel the bonus, so check the eligible games list and the contribution table before you play. Our which games are excluded from bonuses answer covers the common exclusions.
Why do some sites offer 150% or more when UK casinos don’t?
Usually because they are not licensed for Great Britain and don’t follow its rules. Without the 10x cap, a site can pair a big percentage with heavy wagering that recovers the bonus through the house edge. Those sites are also outside the stake limits, the credit card ban, GAMSTOP and UK dispute services, so you lose important protections. We don’t list or link to them. Our offshore casino bonus risks guide explains what to look for.
Does a 150% bonus make gambling cheaper?
No. The house edge applies to every pound staked, and wagering means you stake more than your deposit alone would allow. A bonus can extend a session, but losses are still likely over time and the bonus does not change any game’s odds. Treat the deposit as money spent on entertainment, and only take a bonus if you would have made the same deposit anyway. Our is gambling with a bonus safer answer looks at this in more detail.
How long do I have to clear a 150% deposit bonus?
As long as the expiry in the terms allows, which is commonly a few days to a few weeks. Among our partners, 10bet allows 3 days for its welcome bonus and Casumo allows 7. A time-limited bonus that isn’t cleared is removed, along with any winnings that depend on it, but your remaining deposit balance stays yours. If the wagering looks too much for the window, a smaller offer is the better choice. Our bonus expiry guide covers how deadlines are set.
Do I need to verify my ID to claim a 150% bonus?
Yes. UK-licensed casinos must verify your age and identity before you deposit or gamble, including with a bonus. That usually happens automatically through database checks, with documents requested if the checks don’t match. Casinos should tell you before you deposit what documents may be needed, and they should not ask at withdrawal for information they could reasonably have asked for earlier. Our how to verify your casino account guide explains the process.
