A £3 deposit bonus isn’t available at any of the five UK-licensed casinos we cover, because none of them accepts £3 as a qualifying deposit. The real thresholds run from £10 to £20. This guide follows £3 all the way through a casino account, from cashier floor to withdrawal fee, and shows the cheapest offers that do exist. 18+, terms apply.
None of our partners runs a £3 deposit bonus; their welcome offers start at £10 (PlayOJO, Coral, Ladbrokes) or £20 (Casumo).
Small balances meet a second hurdle on the way out: Casumo charges £3 on withdrawals under £10.
Under the 10x cap, a 100% match on £3 would mean at most £30 of wagering, costing about £1.20 on average at 96% RTP.
Deposit limits, set before your first payment, are a better spending cap than any small-deposit offer.

£3 deposit bonus: the short answer for UK players
You won’t find a £3 deposit bonus at Coral, Ladbrokes, PlayOJO, Casumo or 10bet. The lowest welcome offer thresholds among them are £10, and Casumo’s match needs £20. Even the cashiers don’t go that low where a figure is published: Coral and Ladbrokes list £5 for two payment methods, and Casumo lists £10 for all of them.
Most pages about tiny deposits stop at the front door. We think the more useful question is what happens to £3 after it lands in an account: whether it can trigger anything, what a bonus on it would be worth, and whether you could get it back out again. That last step is where small balances often come unstuck. For the wider picture of offer types, start at our casino bonuses hub.
Can you deposit £3 at a UK casino?
Deposit floors are set by each casino and sometimes by payment method. Withdrawal floors and fees are set separately, so we have put both in one table. Every figure comes from the casino’s own help pages or homepage; where nothing is published, we say so.

Check the cashier
For Coral and Ladbrokes, the help centres say the general minimum is displayed in the cashier, with £5 named only for Google Pay and Pay by Bank. Casumo’s homepage FAQ is the clearest: £10 is the minimum for every method. PlayOJO and 10bet leave the figure to the cashier, which is where you should look before assuming any amount will go through. Our Coral minimum deposit page lists the methods in more detail.
The £3 problem at the other end: withdrawal floors and fees
Suppose a small balance does grow. Getting it out depends on the casino’s withdrawal rules, and these can matter more than the deposit floor when the sums are tiny. Casumo’s withdrawal policy (opens in a new tab) applies a £3 fee to withdrawals below £10, and none at £10 or more.
Worked example: a small win and a flat fee
Imagine £3 of play turned into an £8 balance. Withdraw the £8 at Casumo and the £3 fee leaves £5, so the fee takes 37.5% of the withdrawal. Had the balance reached £10, there would be no fee at all. At Coral or Ladbrokes, £5 is the published floor for Fast Bank Transfer and Google Pay and there are no withdrawal fees, so an £8 balance could come back in full by those methods. PlayOJO’s help page says you can withdraw as little as you want.
The Gambling Commission’s guidance on restrictions on withdrawing deposits (opens in a new tab) says any withdrawal charge must not exceed the direct processing cost. It also says operators must let you withdraw your deposit balance at any time, even when a bonus is active. Our page on the minimum withdrawal after a bonus looks at the rules in more depth.
How a £3 deposit bonus would work under the 10x cap
Since 19 January 2026, the Gambling Commission’s rewards and bonuses code (SR 5.1.1) (opens in a new tab) has capped bonus wagering at 10 times the bonus. That gives a hard ceiling on what any £3 offer could ask of you. The table uses a 96% RTP slot, so stakes cost 4p in every pound on average over the long run.

The pattern is clear: at £3, a match bonus is worth a pound or two on average, and wager-free spins come out slightly ahead because no play-through is needed. That doesn’t mean you will see those figures. A return to player percentage describes millions of spins; thirty spins can return nothing or several times their stake. Our free spins maths guide shows the same calculation at larger sizes.
Playing £3 with or without a bonus attached
On a balance this small, plain cash has real advantages. A bonus adds money but also rules: a maximum bet, a list of selected games, an expiry and sometimes a cap on winnings. Cash carries none of those, and you can withdraw it whenever you like under the casino’s normal rules.
Advantages
A bonus stretches a tiny budget a little further.
Wager-free spins pay winnings as cash, so the value is easy to see.
Under the 10x cap, play-through on a £3 bonus would be modest.
Drawbacks
Wagering, even at 10x, eats much of a small bonus’s value on average.
Max-win caps and short expiry periods hit small offers hardest.
Withdrawal floors and fees can trap a small balance.
Excluded payment methods may stop the deposit qualifying at all.
If you’d rather keep things simple, see should I opt out of a bonus, which covers when declining an offer makes sense.
Qualifying deposits and excluded methods on low-deposit offers
Every welcome offer names the payment that counts. The qualifying deposit is usually the first deposit, of at least a stated amount, made by a method that isn’t on the exclusion list. On our partners’ offers that list is long: Coral excludes Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards; Ladbrokes excludes prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers; 10bet excludes Skrill and Neteller.
This matters for anyone hunting very small deposits, because the methods that suit tiny payments are often the excluded ones. Prepaid vouchers are the obvious example, and paysafecard’s UK voucher values start at £10 in any case. Our explainer on how payment exclusions work gives the reasons casinos list.
Checking a £3 deposit casino offer before you sign up
If you come across a £3 deposit offer elsewhere, these steps will show whether it is genuine and what it is really worth.
Confirm the operator holds a Gambling Commission licence by searching its name on the public register.
Find the full terms, which must be no more than one click from the advert.
Note the minimum deposit for the offer, not just the cashier floor.
Check the wagering multiple: no more than 10x the bonus since 19 January 2026.
Look for a winnings cap, an expiry date and the list of eligible games.
Read the withdrawal page for any minimum or fee that would apply to a small balance.
Set a deposit limit during sign-up before making the first payment.
Licensed operators must show significant terms up front, a point covered in our significant terms glossary entry. If a deal leaves out the wagering or the deposit requirement until you have paid, treat that as a warning sign. The casino bonus checklist is a printable version of these checks.
Cheaper than you might think: value per pound on £10 offers
The nearest real offers ask for more than £3, but it helps to see what each pound of the threshold buys. The table divides the published spin value by the minimum outlay. It ignores everything a session might return or lose, so read it as a measure of size, not profit.

Compare these at a glance on our £5 deposit bonus and £10 deposit bonus pages, or see the £2 deposit bonus for an even smaller amount.
Low deposits and safer gambling tools
A small deposit can feel harmless, but repeated small deposits add up quickly, and they count towards the same totals as large ones. Since 28 February 2025, operators must run a financial vulnerability check when a customer’s net deposits pass £150 in a rolling 30 days. Fifty £3 deposits would cross that line.
Since 31 October 2025, casinos must prompt you to set a financial limit before your first deposit.
A time-out pauses your account for a set period; GAMSTOP blocks all UK-licensed sites for months or years.
Gambling should be paid for out of money you can afford to lose. If it isn’t fun any more, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free and open around the clock. Our deposit limits guide shows where the settings sit at each casino.
Where to play instead of chasing a £3 deposit bonus
Because no partner offers a £3 deposit bonus, the honest alternatives are the three £10 offers. PlayOJO: 18+, new UK customers excluding Northern Ireland, £10 minimum first deposit, 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p (£8 of spins), no wagering, winnings paid as cash, one offer per customer via the designated link. Coral: 18+, new players, deposit (some types excluded) and bet £10 on slots for 100 free spins at 10p on selected games, accepted within 48 hours and used within 7 days, no wagering on winnings; the offer runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027. Ladbrokes: 18+, new customers, spend £10 on slots for 50 free spins a day for 10 days (up to 500), 10p each, no wagering, claimed by 23:59 each day.
PlayOJO suits someone who wants the simplest cash-paid spins; Ladbrokes gives the largest spin value if you claim every day; Coral sits in between. Because Coral and Ladbrokes share an operator, read the terms before holding both. Whichever you choose, the house edge applies to every stake and losing is the likelier result over time. 18+, terms apply. Our Coral casino bonus and Ladbrokes casino bonus reviews carry the full terms.

Frequently asked questions
Which UK casinos accept a £3 deposit?
None of the five we cover publishes a minimum as low as £3. Coral and Ladbrokes publish £5 for Google Pay and Pay by Bank, Casumo states £10 for every method, and PlayOJO and 10bet don’t publish a general figure, so you would need to check their cashiers. Other licensed sites set their own floors. Whatever the cashier accepts, the welcome offers here all need £10 or more. The 10bet minimum deposit page explains what 10bet does and doesn’t publish.
What is a £3 deposit bonus worth on average?
Very little once the maths is done. A 100% match on £3 adds £3; under the 10x cap you would wager no more than £30, which at a 4% house edge costs about £1.20 on average, leaving roughly £1.80. Thirty wager-free spins at 10p would return about £2.88 on average at 96% RTP. Actual sessions vary widely in both directions. The expected value of a casino bonus guide shows the formula in full.
Can I withdraw winnings from a £3 deposit?
Yes, as long as no bonus wagering is attached and you meet the casino’s withdrawal rules. Check two things first: the minimum withdrawal for your method and any fee. Casumo charges £3 on withdrawals under £10, which would take a large share of a small balance. Coral and Ladbrokes publish £5 for Fast Bank Transfer and Google Pay with no fees, and PlayOJO says you can withdraw as little as you want. See can you withdraw a casino bonus for bonus balances.
Is a £3 withdrawal fee allowed?
Fees on withdrawals are allowed, but the Gambling Commission’s guidance says any withdrawal charge must not exceed the direct cost of processing it. Casumo’s withdrawal policy applies a £3 fee to withdrawals below £10 and none at £10 or above. Operators must also tell you about charges clearly and let you withdraw your own deposit balance at any time. If you think a fee or a refusal is unfair, our guide on how to complain about a bonus explains the steps.
Why don’t casinos offer bonuses on £3 deposits?
Each new account has fixed costs: identity and age checks before any play, payment processing fees and the cost of the offer itself. On a £3 deposit those costs can be larger than the payment. Since 19 January 2026, the 10x wagering cap also stops operators using high play-through to limit what small bonuses cost them, so many have set thresholds of £10 or £20 instead. Why casinos give bonuses covers the business side.
Can I use paysafecard for a £3 deposit?
Not as a voucher, because paysafecard’s UK vouchers are sold in values from £10 upwards. The two Entain brands, Coral and Ladbrokes, accept paysafecard through an account rather than vouchers, but Paysafe deposits are excluded from both welcome offers. Casumo lists paysafecard as a deposit method with a £10 minimum. Check whether a prepaid deposit qualifies for any offer before relying on it. Our answer on whether paysafecard is excluded from bonuses has the detail by casino.
Do £3 deposits count towards deposit limits?
Yes. A deposit limit counts every payment into your account, whatever its size, until the limit period resets. If you set a £20 weekly limit, six £3 deposits leave you £2 of headroom. Bonuses themselves don’t usually count as deposits, but the money you pay in always does. Since 31 October 2025, licensed casinos have had to prompt you to set a limit before your first deposit. The answer on whether bonuses count towards deposit limits explains how bonus funds are treated.
Is there a no deposit alternative to a £3 deposit bonus?
Not among our partners: none offers a no deposit bonus or needs a code, and their welcome offers all start at £10. No deposit deals at UK-licensed casinos are now uncommon, and those that exist tend to carry winnings caps and short expiry. If you see one, check the licence and read the full terms before registering. Our page asking whether no deposit bonuses still exist looks at what has changed.
Can I combine several £3 deposits to reach a £10 offer?
Usually not. Welcome offers normally say the first deposit must meet the minimum, so three £3 payments followed by a fourth would not turn into a £10 qualifying deposit unless the terms say deposits are added together. The Coral and Ladbrokes offers measure a £10 slots bet or spend rather than a single deposit, but the bet still has to be placed after a qualifying deposit by an eligible method. The how to claim a casino bonus guide shows the usual order of steps.
Are wager-free spins better than a match bonus on a small budget?
Often yes, for clarity rather than profit. Wager-free spins pay winnings as cash, so £8 of spins at 96% RTP returns about £7.68 on average with nothing more to do. A match bonus adds more money but needs wagering, which costs part of its value on average and comes with max-bet and expiry rules. Neither changes the house edge on your own money. Is a no wagering bonus better compares the two in more depth.
