A £2 deposit bonus isn’t offered by any of the five UK casinos we cover: the lowest published deposit among them is £5, and every welcome offer starts at £10 or more. Below we set out each casino’s real floor, what a £2 bonus would be worth under the 10x wagering cap, and the cheapest genuine alternatives. 18+, terms apply.
No partner casino runs a £2 deposit bonus: the lowest published deposit is £5 and the offers start at £10.
Even a 100% match on £2 would only add £2 of bonus, with at most £20 of wagering since 19 January 2026.
PlayOJO’s 80 spins at 10p (no wagering) on a £10 first deposit is the closest real offer.

Is there a £2 deposit bonus in the UK?
Not at any of the five licensed casinos we cover. A £2 deposit bonus would need two things to line up: a cashier that accepts £2, and a welcome offer that triggers on £2. Neither is true at Coral, Ladbrokes, PlayOJO, Casumo or 10bet as of October 2026. Coral and Ladbrokes publish a £5 minimum for Google Pay and Pay by Bank, Casumo states £10 for every method, and the welcome offers ask for £10 (PlayOJO, Coral, Ladbrokes) or £20 (Casumo).
That doesn’t mean the search is pointless. It tells you something useful: offers built around tiny deposits are rare among UK-licensed casinos, and where you do see one advertised, the small print deserves extra care. This page treats the £2 deposit bonus as a question about value rather than a hunt for a code, and it sits within our wider casino bonuses hub.
Everything here is for adults aged 18 and over. Offers change, so the terms on each casino’s own promotion page always take priority over any summary, including ours.
£2 deposit bonus vs the real minimum deposits at five UK casinos
The quickest way to see why £2 doesn’t work is to put each casino’s published floor beside its welcome offer threshold. A minimum deposit is the smallest payment the cashier accepts; a qualifying deposit is the smallest payment that triggers the offer. The second figure is usually higher.

10bet is the one row we can’t close off completely. Its help centre gives no minimum deposit figure, so we can’t say whether a £2 payment would be accepted, let alone matched. If it were, a 100% match would add £2 of bonus, and the 10x wagering on slots within 3 days would come to £20. Check the 10bet minimum deposit guidance and the cashier before relying on it.
Coral’s floor is set out on its own Pay by Bank help page (opens in a new tab), which names £5. Even there, depositing £5 leaves you short of the £10 bet the Coral offer asks for.
Why £2 deposit casino bonuses are so rare
Three costs land on a casino before a new customer places a single bet, and none of them shrinks with the deposit size.
Verification. UK-licensed casinos must check age and identity before anyone deposits or plays, even free-to-play demos (a rule in place since May 2019). Each check costs the operator money. Our age verification rule guide covers the detail.
Payment processing. Card and bank payments carry fees per transaction. On a £2 deposit, a fixed processing charge can eat a large share of the money.
Promotion cost. A welcome offer has a cost the casino expects to recover over the life of the account. A £2 trigger attracts people who may never deposit again.
There is also a regulatory squeeze. Since 19 January 2026, wagering requirements on a UK bonus can’t exceed 10 times the bonus, so operators can no longer attach 50x or 60x play-through to a tiny bonus to limit what it costs them. With the cap in place, most have chosen higher qualifying amounts and simpler offers instead. The Gambling Commission’s announcement, gambling promotions to be safer and simpler (opens in a new tab), explains the reasoning.
What a £2 deposit bonus would be worth: the maths
Suppose a licensed casino did match £2. The numbers stay small whichever way the offer is built, and the house edge takes its share while you wager. The table uses a slot with 96% RTP, so a 4% average cost on every pound staked. These are long-run averages; any single session can land well above or below them.

Read across the first row: you deposit £2, receive £2 of bonus funds, and need to stake £20 before the bonus money can be withdrawn. At a 4% edge, £20 of stakes costs about 80p on average, leaving roughly £1.20 of the bonus. That is the ceiling on the typical value. Our guide to the expected value of a casino bonus walks through the same method on bigger offers.
What £2 of play looks like at 10p a spin
Strip the bonus away and £2 is twenty spins at 10p. UK online slots must take at least 2.5 seconds per spin and can’t offer autoplay or turbo modes (rules in force since 31 October 2021), so twenty spins last a minute or so of play at the quickest. On a high-volatility slot, many of those spins return nothing at all, and the balance can be gone before any feature lands.
That is the honest frame for a £2 budget: it buys a very short session of entertainment, and the likeliest outcome is that you end with less than you started. A bonus would extend it slightly, never change the odds. The same design rules ban celebrating a loss as if it were a win.
£2 deposit casino offers: warning signs to check
Adverts for £2 or £3 deposit deals do appear online. Some come from licensed operators with narrow terms; others come from sites with no UK licence at all, where you lose the protections of the Gambling Commission, its complaint process and GAMSTOP. Before you register anywhere, run through these checks.
Where a low floor exists, it is usually tied to a particular method. Both Entain brands publish £5 for Google Pay and Pay by Bank; their help centres say other minimums are shown in the cashier. Prepaid vouchers don’t help much at this level: paysafecard’s UK voucher values start at £10, and Paysafe and prepaid card deposits are excluded from both the Coral and Ladbrokes welcome offers anyway. Our paysafecard casino bonus page has the full picture.
Credit cards are off the table at any amount. Gambling on a credit card has been banned in Great Britain since 14 April 2020, including through e-wallets topped up by credit card. See the credit card ban for what it covers.
From £2 to £10: the smallest step to a real welcome offer
If you were searching for a £2 deposit bonus because you want to keep spending low, the honest comparison is with the lowest real thresholds. None is £2, and none should be treated as a reason to spend more than you planned. The figures below come from each offer’s published terms, last checked on 5 October 2026.

On our sister pages you’ll find the same question asked at other amounts: the £1 deposit bonus, the £5 deposit bonus and the £10 deposit bonus. If spins appeal more than match money, remember that winnings paid as cash are simpler to value than bonus funds.
Keeping a small budget small
People often look for a £2 deposit bonus because they want a cap on what they spend. The tools built into every UK-licensed account do that job better than any offer. Since 31 October 2025, casinos must prompt you to set a financial limit before your first deposit, and setting one is the default. A deposit limit of £10 a week, for example, holds even if a promotion later tempts you to top up.

Where to find the closest thing to a £2 deposit bonus
We can’t point you to a £2 deposit bonus, because none of our partners offers one. The nearest options all need £10. PlayOJO comes closest in spirit: 18+, new UK customers (Northern Ireland excluded), £10 minimum first deposit, 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each (£8 of spins), no wagering, and it can’t be combined with other offers. Coral gives 100 free spins at 10p after you deposit and bet £10 on slots, with 48 hours to accept and 7 days to use them; Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don’t qualify. Ladbrokes gives up to 500 free spins (50 a day for 10 days, 10p each) after £10 spent on slots, with prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers excluded.
Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited, so check the terms before assuming you can hold new accounts at both. Remember that every spin costs the casino’s edge over time: these offers add a little value, they don’t make losses less likely. 18+, terms apply. Read the PlayOJO casino bonus review for the full terms.
None of these casinos offers a £2 deposit bonus; these are the lowest-threshold welcome offers we cover, each needing £10. 18+, new customers, terms apply.
Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited (Entain). If you already hold an account with one Entain brand, you may not be able to open a new account with another; check the terms before signing up.

Frequently asked questions
Can you deposit £2 at a UK casino?
At the five casinos we cover, no published minimum is as low as £2. Coral’s and Ladbrokes’ help centres name £5 for Google Pay and Pay by Bank, and Casumo states £10 for all methods. PlayOJO and 10bet don’t publish a general minimum, so their cashiers show the real floor when you sign in. Other licensed sites set their own minimums, which you will find in the cashier or help centre. Our minimum deposit for a bonus answer explains how the figure is set and why it often differs from the offer threshold.
Is a £2 deposit bonus worth it if I find one?
Usually only as a small extra, because the numbers can’t grow much. A 100% match on £2 adds £2, and under the 10x cap you would wager at most £20. At a 4% house edge that wagering costs about 80p on average, leaving around £1.20. Check for a cap on winnings, a short expiry or excluded games, any of which can cut that further. The method is the same one we use in is a casino bonus worth it, and it applies to any amount.
Why do casinos ask for £10 or more to claim a welcome offer?
Because each new account carries fixed costs that don’t fall with the deposit. The casino has to verify your age and identity before you play, pay processing fees on your payment and fund the offer itself. A £10 or £20 threshold covers more of that. Since the 10x wagering cap began on 19 January 2026, operators also can’t use heavy wagering to limit a bonus’s cost. Our page on why casinos require a deposit for free spins goes into more detail.
Are £2 deposit casinos safe?
Safety depends on the licence, not the deposit size. A casino licensed by the Gambling Commission must verify customers, protect deposits to a stated level, offer safer gambling tools and take part in GAMSTOP. A site without that licence offers none of those protections, however low its minimum. Check the operator’s name on the Commission’s public register before signing up. Our guide to checking a casino licence shows the steps.
What is the cheapest casino welcome offer from your partners?
Three of our partners start at £10. PlayOJO gives 80 spins at 10p (£8 of spins) for a £10 first deposit with no wagering. Coral gives 100 spins at 10p (£10) after a £10 slots bet. Ladbrokes gives up to 500 spins at 10p across 10 days after £10 spent on slots. All are 18+ with excluded payment methods and time limits, so read each offer’s terms. The best bonus for £10 comparison sets them side by side.
Can I get free spins for a £2 deposit?
Not from any casino we cover. Each spins offer needs at least £10: a £10 first deposit at PlayOJO, or a deposit and a £10 slots bet at Coral or Ladbrokes. If a licensed site did give spins for £2, twenty 10p spins would be worth £2 in stakes and return about £1.92 on average at 96% RTP, with wide swings either way. See free spins value for the formula.
Do any UK casinos offer a no deposit bonus instead?
None of our five partners offers a no deposit bonus, and none needs a promo code. Such offers have become rare at UK-licensed casinos, partly because every player must be verified before playing and partly because the 10x wagering cap limits how operators can protect themselves against them. Where you do see one, read the terms for winnings caps and expiry. Our no deposit bonus page explains what still exists and what to watch for.
Would a £2 deposit count towards the financial vulnerability check?
Yes, every deposit counts towards your net deposits, whatever its size. Since 28 February 2025, licensed operators must run a financial vulnerability check, using public records such as county court judgments, when a customer’s deposits minus withdrawals pass £150 in a rolling 30 days. A single £2 payment is far below that, but many small top-ups add up. Credit-reference affordability checks are not live. The financial vulnerability checks rule page has the full wording and dates.
What happens to my £2 if I don’t claim any bonus?
It sits in your cash balance as your own money, and you can play with it or withdraw it under the casino’s normal rules. Without a bonus attached there is no wagering requirement, no max bet from the offer and no expiry. Check the withdrawal minimum and any fee first: Casumo, for example, charges £3 on withdrawals below £10, which would wipe out a small balance. Read the minimum withdrawal after a bonus for the detail.
Is it better to deposit £2 several times or £10 once?
For a welcome offer, a single qualifying deposit is what the terms usually require, so several £2 payments won’t trigger a £10 threshold unless the terms say they add up. Most say the first deposit must meet the minimum. Repeated small top-ups are also a pattern worth noticing in your own play, and a weekly deposit limit is a simpler way to control spend. See first deposit bonus for how first-deposit terms are worded.
