A bonus calendar is simply every date that decides whether an offer pays out: when it opens and closes, how long you have to accept it, when spins or bonus funds expire, and which UK rules apply on that day. Most lost bonuses are lost to a clock rather than to bad luck, so this guide sets out the dates for current partner offers, the usual promotion seasons and the rule changes behind them.
Three clocks run on most offers: the promotion window, the claim window and the expiry of what you were given.
Coral's 100-spin offer runs 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027; Ladbrokes' daily spins need claiming by 23:59 each day.
Deposit matches put wagering on a deadline: 10bet allows 3 days, Casumo 7.
An offer's value can't be increased because you hit the qualifying spend sooner than the offer period.
Put deposit limits and a budget on the same calendar as the deadlines.

What a bonus calendar is and why it matters
Think of a bonus calendar as two layers. The first is the offer layer: start and end dates of a promotion, the time allowed to opt in or claim, and the validity period of spins or bonus funds once credited. The second is the rules layer: dates on which UK law and Gambling Commission rules changed what an offer may contain.
Both layers matter because a bonus that expires is simply removed. A claim window you miss means no spins at all; a wagering deadline you miss means the bonus balance and anything won with it can be removed, as our guide to bonus expiry explains. None of this changes the odds of any game. The house edge applies on every spin, with or without a bonus.

The Ladbrokes offer is the clearest example of why a calendar helps. After a single qualifying £10 slots spend, 50 spins become available each day for the first 10 days, and each day's batch has to be claimed before 23:59. Each batch then lasts 7 days. Miss a day's claim and that 50 is gone; the offer terms cap the total at 500.

In plain terms, a full run of claims can stretch the spins across roughly two and a half weeks. That suits some people and not others. Our pages on daily free spins and the full Ladbrokes casino bonus show how the daily structure compares with a single drop of spins.
Deadline maths for deposit matches
With a match bonus, the calendar turns into a pace. Wagering is the bonus multiplied by up to 10 (the UK cap since 19 January 2026), and the deadline divides that play into days. The point of the sum is not to reach the target; it is to see whether the pace fits the play you were going to do anyway.

Those costs are long-run averages. Any single session can finish well above or well below them, and 10bet caps bonus winnings at £1,000. Casumo limits bets to £5 while a bonus is active, and that sits alongside the UK's online slot stake limits of £5 per spin for 25+ and £2 for 18–24s. Swap in your own figures to see the pace for a different deposit.
If the deadline would push you to play faster or longer than you planned, you can decline the bonus or ask for it to be removed. Under the CMA undertakings you can withdraw your own deposited money during bonus play.
The seasonal bonus calendar: what tends to run when
Across the UK market, casino promotions cluster around holidays and big events. The table below is a guide to themes you will see advertised in general, not a forecast for any of our partners. Partners publish seasonal offers only on their own promotions pages, so check those, and remember most seasonal deals are aimed at existing customers rather than new sign-ups.

What changed for time-based offers on 19 January 2026
One quieter part of the January 2026 package matters directly to any bonus calendar. The Commission deleted an older clause saying an incentive's value must not depend on gambling for a pre-determined length of time or frequency, and it dropped a proposed replacement. What stays is a carried-over rule: a casino must not alter or increase an incentive if the qualifying spend is reached in a shorter time than the whole period the offer runs for. The announcement, gambling promotions to be safer and simpler (opens in a new tab), sets this out alongside the 10x cap, and the code itself is LCCP SR code 5.1.1 (opens in a new tab).
In practice, this means an offer can have a deadline, but its value shouldn't climb because you hit the qualifying target early. That is different from an offer that releases a fixed allowance on set days after one qualifying bet: the reward is fixed in advance, and the terms say what happens if you don't claim. Our page on the time-based incentive rules covers the rule in more detail.
The Commission's guidance also says operators shouldn't vary or withdraw a promotion for someone who has already opted in, except to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, according to its page on the right to vary a promotion (opens in a new tab). Dates in the terms you accepted are the dates that apply to you.
How to build your own bonus calendar
A personal bonus calendar takes five minutes and saves most of the common timing mistakes. A phone calendar works, or a note kept with your other bonus records.
Before depositing, note the promotion's end date and confirm it hasn't passed.
Write down the qualifying action and its deadline (for example, 10bet's 7 days from sign-up to first deposit).
Add the claim or accept window as an alarm: 48 hours for Coral's spins, 23:59 each day for Ladbrokes'.
Add the expiry of what you receive: 7 days for each spin batch, or the wagering deadline for a deposit match.
Put your own spending limit for the period on the same calendar entry.
Set one reminder a day before each deadline, not on the day itself.
When the offer ends, record the result and remove any remaining reminders.
Step 5 is the one people leave out. A deadline should never be the reason to deposit again or keep playing; if the offer and your budget don't fit together, let the offer go.
Putting safer gambling limits on the same calendar
Since 31 October 2025, UK operators have had to prompt you to set a financial limit before your first deposit, as the Commission explains in new deposit limit rules (opens in a new tab). That prompt arrives at the same moment as most welcome offers, which makes it the natural time to decide your budget for the whole bonus period.
A deposit limit set for the bonus period caps what the calendar can cost you.
A reality check reminds you how long a session has run.
A time-out lets you step away for a fixed period, deadline or not.
GAMSTOP (opens in a new tab) lets you exclude yourself from UK-licensed gambling sites if you need a longer break.
If deadlines start to feel like pressure, that is a signal to stop. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day, and our guide to bonuses and gambling harm explains the warning signs.
Timing mistakes that cost offers
Depositing after the promotion window has closed. Check the end date on the day, not from memory.
Forgetting the accept step. Coral's spins need accepting within 48 hours of being triggered.
Skipping a daily claim. Each Ladbrokes day's 50 spins must be claimed by 23:59 that day.
Confusing claim and expiry. Claiming starts the 7-day clock; it doesn't extend it.
Starting a deposit match before a busy few days. 10bet's 3-day wagering window runs whether you are free or not.
Assuming time zones. Deadlines follow the time stated in the terms.
Treating a seasonal offer as extra value. It is worth the same as any offer with the same spins, stake and terms.
Most of these are avoided by the seven steps above, set up before the first deposit.
Where the bonus calendar points: partner offers compared
On timing alone, Coral has the simplest calendar: a stated promotion window of 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027, then 48 hours to accept and 7 days to play 100 free spins at 10p (£10 of spins), triggered by depositing and betting £10 on slots. Winnings carry no wagering. Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don't qualify. 18+, new players, terms apply.
Ladbrokes needs the most calendar discipline: spend £10 on slots, then claim 50 free spins each day for 10 days before 23:59 (up to 500 at 10p, or £50 of spins), each batch valid 7 days, no wagering. Prepaid cards, PayPal, Paysafe, Neteller, Skrill and Moneybookers deposits don't qualify. PlayOJO has the fewest dates to track: 80 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p (£8 of spins) on a first deposit of £10 or more, with winnings paid as cash and no wagering; not available in Northern Ireland. 18+, terms apply.
Coral and Ladbrokes are both run by LC International Limited, so check the terms before trying to open new accounts at both. More side-by-side detail is on Coral vs Ladbrokes, and the casino bonus guides hub lists every explainer.

Frequently asked questions
What is a casino bonus calendar?
It is a list of every date that affects an offer: when the promotion opens and closes, how long you have to claim or accept it, and when the spins or bonus funds expire. Some people also add the UK rule dates that shape offers, such as the 10x wagering cap from 19 January 2026. Keeping those dates together stops offers lapsing unused. Our guide to bonus expiry explains what happens when a clock runs out.
How long does Coral's 100 free spins offer run?
The offer terms give a promotion window of 1 October 2026 to 1 February 2027. Within that window, new players aged 18+ deposit (certain types excluded) and bet £10 or more on slots to get 100 free spins at 10p each. The spins must be accepted within 48 hours and are valid for 7 days, with no wagering on winnings. Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don't qualify. Full detail is on the Coral casino bonus page.
What happens if I miss a day of Ladbrokes' daily spins?
That day's 50 spins are lost. The Ladbrokes offer releases 50 free spins a day for the first 10 days after a £10 slots spend, and each day's batch has to be claimed before 23:59. Missing a day doesn't extend the run, so the maximum falls by 50 spins (£5 of spin value at 10p). Each claimed batch is valid for 7 days, with no wagering on winnings. 18+, terms apply. See Ladbrokes free spins for the full terms.
Are there seasonal casino bonuses at Christmas and Halloween?
Many UK casinos run themed promotions at Christmas, Halloween and other holidays, often aimed at existing customers rather than new sign-ups. We can't say in advance which of our partners will run one, so check each casino's promotions page in season. A themed offer is worth exactly what its spins, stake, wagering and expiry make it worth; the season adds nothing. Our Christmas casino bonus page describes the usual formats and the terms to check.
Can a casino change the dates after I opt in?
Generally it shouldn't. The Gambling Commission's guidance says operators must not use terms that let them vary or withdraw a promotion for a customer who has opted in, unless that is needed to prevent fraud or similar unlawful behaviour. The dates in the terms you accepted are the ones that apply to you, so keep a copy or a screenshot. If you think a change was unfair, our guide on how to complain about a bonus covers the steps.
Why do deposit match bonuses have such short deadlines?
Deadlines limit how long a bonus sits on the casino's books, and since January 2026 they work alongside the 10x wagering cap. 10bet gives 3 days to wager its bonus 10x on slots; Casumo gives 7 days. On 10bet's £25 bonus that is £250 of play, or about £83 a day; at a 4% edge it costs about £10 on average. If the pace doesn't suit you, decline the bonus. Our page on why bonuses expire explains more.
What UK rule dates should be on a bonus calendar?
The most useful are 19 January 2026 (10x wagering cap and mixed-product ban), 31 October 2025 (financial limit prompt before your first deposit), 9 April and 21 May 2025 (£5 and £2 online slot stake limits by age), 14 April 2020 (credit card ban) and 31 October 2021 (slot design rules). Each one changes what an offer can ask of you. The full sequence is on our bonus rules timeline.
Does claiming free spins start the expiry clock?
Usually yes: the validity period runs from when the spins are credited or claimed, as the offer terms define it. For Coral, you have 48 hours to accept the spins and then 7 days to use them. For Ladbrokes, each day's 50 spins are claimed by 23:59 and last 7 days. PlayOJO's 80 spins come with the first deposit, so check its terms for the exact timing. The validity period entry explains the wording.
Is it worth planning my gambling around bonus dates?
Plan your offers around your budget, not the other way round. A calendar is useful for not losing something you have already decided to claim, but a deadline should never be the reason to deposit again or play for longer. Bonuses don't change the long-run cost of play, because the house edge applies throughout. If dates start to feel like pressure, consider a deposit limit or a break. Our guide on when to say no to a bonus can help.
When does 10bet's welcome bonus have to be claimed?
New UK customers choose the casino welcome bonus at sign-up and make their first deposit within 7 days. The bonus is a 100% match up to £25, which must be wagered 10x on slots within 3 days, with bonus winnings capped at £1,000. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded. That gives two clocks: 7 days to deposit, then 3 days to wager. 18+, terms apply. The 10bet expiry page goes through both deadlines.
