Free spins on Games Global slots range from long-running classics to progressive jackpots, and the two behave very differently. At 10p a spin, 100 spins on Immortal Romance (96.86% RTP) average about £9.69 back, while the same spins on Mega Moolah's base game (88.12%) average about £8.81, because part of every stake funds the jackpots.
Games Global took over Microgaming's games portfolio in 2022, so classics such as Thunderstruck II and Immortal Romance now sit under its name.
100 free spins at 10p are £10 of play; average returns run from about £8.81 on Mega Moolah's base game to £9.69 on Immortal Romance.
Jackpot titles publish lower base RTPs because part of each stake goes to the prize pool.
None of our partners' offers names a Games Global slot: PlayOJO's 80 spins are on Big Bass Bonanza, and Coral and Ladbrokes list selected games.

Free spins on Games Global slots: two very different kinds of game
Games Global's catalogue splits neatly into two groups for anyone holding a batch of offer spins. The first is ordinary video slots, many of them long-standing favourites, with published RTPs between about 95.4% and 96.9%. The second is progressive jackpot games such as Mega Moolah, where part of every stake feeds a jackpot pool and the base game publishes a much lower RTP.
That split matters more than the studio name. On a standard title, 100 spins at 10p (£10 of play) average roughly £9.50 to £9.70 back. On a jackpot title, the same spins average less from the base game, in exchange for a very small chance at a jackpot. Neither makes spins a way to make money; both are ways to spend a known amount on entertainment. Our free spins hub compares current offers across studios.
No current welcome offer from our five partner casinos names a Games Global slot. We explain what each offers instead in the final section. 18+, terms apply.
Games Global and the Microgaming catalogue
Games Global was established in 2022 and is headquartered in Douglas, on the Isle of Man. In the same year it took over Microgaming's games portfolio and distribution business, which is why titles that many players still think of as Microgaming games, including Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II, now carry the Games Global name. It's regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority.
Games Global describes a portfolio of more than 1,300 titles from over 40 in-house and partner studios. The games in our data come from several of them: Stormcraft Studios (Agent Jane Blonde Returns, Immortal Romance II), Triple Edge Studios (Book of Oz, Ancient Fortunes: Zeus), Gameburger Studios (9 Masks of Fire) and Fortune Factory Studios (Gold Blitz, Gold Blitz Extreme). You can check any supplier's licence on the Gambling Commission public register (opens in a new tab).
Games Global video slots: published RTP, volatility and max win
The table lists the standard (non-jackpot) Games Global slots in our checked data. Where a figure isn't published, we say so; the game's help screen at your casino is always the final word, since some titles exist in more than one version.
One thing stands out compared with newer studios: a lot of Games Global's catalogue is medium or low volatility, with max wins in the thousands rather than tens of thousands. For a small batch of offer spins, that usually means more frequent small returns and fewer completely empty sessions. Our page on free spins on low volatility slots explains the trade-off.
Free spins on Games Global jackpot slots: Mega Moolah and WowPot
Games Global's jackpot games publish lower RTPs because a share of each stake goes into the jackpot pool. How the figure is quoted varies, so read it carefully.
For offer spins, the base-game figure is what drives the average. One hundred spins at 10p on Mega Moolah average about £8.81 from the base game, before any jackpot. On Mega Moolah 4Tune Reels, the 90.3% total includes a 5.3% jackpot share, so the base game accounts for about 85%; published descriptions say it plays four 5 × 3 reel sets at once with 25 paylines each, and uses the four-tier Mega Moolah jackpot wheel. The Finer Reels of Life WowPot has a WowPot jackpot wheel plus four "Finer" free spins modes, and lists 8,100x as its max win excluding jackpots.
Read the offer's eligible games list to see whether the jackpot slot is included at all.
Search the offer terms for the word "jackpot" to find any exclusion or cap on jackpot wins from spins.
Open the game's information screen and note the RTP, and whether it includes the jackpot contribution.
Check the jackpot rules in the game for any qualifying stake or condition.
If anything is unclear, ask the casino's support team before you play and keep a copy of the reply.

The gap between the best standard slot and the jackpot game's base return is about 88p on 100 spins. That's the price of the jackpot chance, paid on every spin whether or not a jackpot ever lands. For the method behind these numbers, see the free spins maths guide.
How free spins features work on classic Games Global slots
Many of the older titles use a traditional structure: scatter symbols trigger a set number of free games, often with a multiplier. Later games added layers. Immortal Romance II, released in 2024, is described as having four character-based free spins features (Amber, Troy, Michael and Sarah) plus a Wild Desire feature. Gold Blitz Extreme lets you choose between free spins with wild multipliers and the Gold Blitz cash-collect feature.
For the classics without a published feature description in our data, such as Thunderstruck, Avalon and Break da Bank Again, the trigger, number of free games and any multiplier are set out in each game's paytable. Casino spins can trigger these rounds in the normal way, as our answer on whether free spins can trigger the bonus round explains. The free spins round glossary entry covers the basics.
Wagering and other terms on Games Global free spins offers
On no wagering free spins, any winnings are paid as cash. Where spin winnings are paid as bonus funds, UK rules since 19 January 2026 cap the wagering at 10 times the bonus, under the Gambling Commission's SR code 5.1.1 (opens in a new tab).
Worked example: 100 spins at 10p on Immortal Romance average £9.69. With 10x wagering, that's £96.90 of play; at a 3.14% house edge the average cost is about £3.04, leaving around £6.65. On a jackpot game the same wagering costs much more, because its house edge on the base game is far higher, and many offers don't let jackpot games count towards wagering at all. Our guide to game weighting explains how contribution rates work.
Design rules: from 31 October 2021, online slots in Great Britain lost autoplay, turbo and slam-stop, gained a 2.5-second minimum spin time, and can no longer celebrate returns at or below the stake.
Feature buys: games supplied to Great Britain are offered without bonus-buy options.
Age checks: age and identity must be verified before depositing, gambling or playing a free demo.
Standard titles such as Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II publish RTPs above 96.5%.
Many classics are medium or low volatility, which suits small batches of spins.
A huge catalogue across many partner studios.
Drawbacks
Jackpot titles return noticeably less from the base game.
Older classics often lack published max win figures, so check the paytable.
None of our partners' welcome offers currently names a Games Global slot.
If a choice of games is offered, a high-RTP standard slot gives the best long-run average from a batch of spins, while a jackpot slot trades some of that average for a remote chance at a big prize. For more on choosing, see how to choose slots for free spins.

Frequently asked questions
Do any UK casinos give free spins on Games Global slots?
Games Global titles do appear in casino promotions, but none of our five partners names one in its current welcome offer. PlayOJO's 80 spins are on Big Bass Bonanza, and Coral and Ladbrokes list their selected games on the promotion page, which is where to check. If you find an offer on Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance or another Games Global slot elsewhere, make sure the casino is licensed by the Gambling Commission and read the spin value, expiry and wagering terms. Our where to find free spins answer has tips. 18+, terms apply.
Are Games Global and Microgaming the same company?
Not exactly. Games Global was established in 2022 and, that year, took over Microgaming's games portfolio and distribution business. That's why classics developed under the Microgaming name, such as Mega Moolah, Thunderstruck and Immortal Romance, are now supplied by Games Global. The company is based in Douglas, Isle of Man, and is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. For players, the games and their published RTPs carry over. Our Thunderstruck II free spins page looks at one of the best-known titles in detail.
How much are 100 free spins on Mega Moolah worth?
At 10p each, 100 free spins on Mega Moolah are £10 of play. The base game's published RTP of 88.12% excludes the jackpot contribution, so the base game returns about £8.81 on average, with a very small extra chance at one of the progressive jackpots. Whether offer spins can win a jackpot depends on the game rules and the promotion terms, and some offers exclude jackpot games entirely. Never treat a jackpot as an expected result. See our Mega Moolah free spins page for more on how the game works.
Why is Mega Moolah's RTP so low?
Because part of every stake funds the progressive jackpots, the base game keeps a smaller share for regular wins. The 88.12% figure in our data covers the base game only and excludes the jackpot contribution. Mega Moolah 4Tune Reels takes a different approach, quoting 90.3% including a 5.3% jackpot share. Either way, a large part of the long-run return is concentrated in prizes that very few players ever win. That's a fair trade only if you value the jackpot chance itself. Our RTP glossary entry explains how these figures are calculated.
Which Games Global slot has the highest RTP?
Among the Games Global slots in our checked data, Immortal Romance has the highest published RTP at 96.86%, followed by Thunderstruck II at 96.65% and Agent Jane Blonde Returns at 96.6%. On 100 spins at 10p, 96.86% averages about £9.69. Casinos can run different versions, so check the figure in the game's information screen. A higher RTP improves the long-run average but doesn't make any single session predictable. Our page on free spins on high RTP slots compares other studios' games.
Can free spins win the Mega Moolah jackpot?
It depends on two things: the game's jackpot rules and the offer terms. Some casinos exclude jackpot slots from free spins offers, and some terms cap or exclude jackpot wins from promotional play. Where offer spins are allowed on Mega Moolah, the jackpot chance on any single 10p spin is tiny. Read the eligible games list and search the terms for "jackpot" before you start, and ask support if anything is unclear. Our guide to free spins on jackpot slots explains how casinos usually handle this.
Are older Games Global slots good for free spins?
They can suit small batches of spins well. Many of the classics, including Thunderstruck, Avalon and Lucky Leprechaun, are rated medium volatility, and Agent Jane Blonde Returns is rated low, so returns tend to arrive more often in smaller amounts. RTPs on the titles in our data are around 96%, apart from Break da Bank Again at 95.43%. The downside is that max win figures aren't published for several of them. For a broader comparison, see our page on free spins on classic slots. 18+, terms apply.
Do Games Global free spins have wagering?
That's set by the casino offer, not the game studio. Some casinos pay spin winnings as cash with no wagering; others pay them as bonus funds that must be played through, capped at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026. On 100 spins at 10p on Immortal Romance averaging £9.69, 10x wagering means £96.90 of play, costing about £3.04 on average at its house edge. Jackpot games often don't count towards wagering. Our free spins wagering explained page has more worked examples.
What is Immortal Romance II's free spins feature?
Published descriptions say Immortal Romance II, released in 2024 by Stormcraft Studios for Games Global, has four character-based free spins features, named after Amber, Troy, Michael and Sarah, plus a Wild Desire feature. It uses a 5 × 3 layout with 243 ways to win. We don't hold a verified RTP, volatility or max win for it, so check the game's help screen at your casino before playing. Casino free spins can trigger these features in the normal way. See our Immortal Romance II free spins page for more.
